Some of the rest of us got to meet Bruno’s legal team recommended by a member of Lawyers for 9/11 Truth. We are still not announcing their names, but the two are professional, young, energetic and sharp. We all have high hopes for them and are trusting them to fight hard against the DA. After telling one of them what I witnessed the day of Bruno’s arrest he reminded me how close I came to being arrested myself. For I too had asked to see the ID of one of the men in sheriff’s uniform and I too was asked to leave a public building. The truth is that any one of us could easily face what Bruno is facing because it’s all about the rulers keeping the masses and our uppity attitudes about our “Rights” in check. “How dare you make a face in my court room!!! How dare you ask for my identification, SLAVE!!!!”

Bruno has retained a lawyer! After personally interviewing a half dozen lawyers and fielding recommendations by a multitude of supporters, Bruno met with and retained a Defense Attorney recommended by a member of Lawyers for 9/11 Truth.  Bruno is confident that his Defense Attorney, who’s name will not be publicized at this time, will diligently fight for him.

The hope is that the Defense Attorney will be able to negotiate a compromise that Bruno can live with. In that case, we will not go to trial. If we have to go to trial than it will cost more than twice as much as dealing with the DA alone. I will tell you that Bruno is innocent on all counts and of all charges. He is only ‘guilty’ of standing up for his rights in a lawful manner, irritating a Judge and confounding a Deputy Sheriff. The only injured party in this case is Bruno. There is no injured party on the other side. If the DA will not make an offer that Bruno Bruhwiler can morally take and still stand as a man who defends his God given rights, then Bruno will stand and fight in court with the benefit of a trial by jury of his peers… and we will stand and fight with him!

Bruno has a very strong case and when he wins at trial, we will pursue civil and even criminal charges against those who have attempted to crush him and charge him with Terrorism for facial expressions and for asking to see the IDs of men in Sheriff’s uniforms. Going to trial will cost time, energy and money, but a man has gotta do what a man’s gotta do.

Cross your fingers and toes that the DA is a reasonable woman and that she does the right thing by making an offer we can accept. The next court date is this Monday the 19^th. I will write another update soon afterward.

Either they did some quick research on him or they recognized Bruno from some other way, but they knew he was the lead organizer of WeAreChangeLA. The mention of WeAreChangeLA made it abundantly clear that Bruno is being targeted for who he is. He has been arrested twice during this whole ordeal with bail totaling $165,000. That is more bail than is held over murderers and rapists. They are trying to smack down and take away one of the most effective 9/11 Truth leaders in the western states. Help us stop them!!!

Los Angeles, July 17 – Human Rights Alert (NGO) and Joseph Zernik, PhD, filed with the United Nations and US State Department copy of complaint filed by Michael Paul, former employee of the California Administrative Office of the Courts, alleging public corruption by the California Courts and California Supreme Court Chief Justice Ronald George. [1] [2]

Human Rights Alert asked the US Department of Justice and the United Nations to accept the complaint as additional evidence of widespread corruption of the California courts.  Widespread corruption of the courts and large-scale false imprisonments in Los Angeles County, California, were the focus of the Human Rights Alert April 2010 report to the United Nations.

In letter to plaintiff Michael Paul, Dr Zernik noted that former’s complaint was consistent with complaints filed in recent weeks by Human Rights Alert with the US Attorney Office against Ronald George, California Judicial Council, judges and clerks of the Superior Court of California,alleging widespread corruption. Dr Zernik added that he had no doubt that upon review of the body of the complaints as a whole, any competent court of jurisdiction would conclude that judges of the Superior Court of California were engaged in racketeering for at least a decade or two.  Moreover, Dr Zernik noted documents,which had been filed with the United Nations, and provided evidence of the refusal of the US government to address the corruption of the courts, as part of its duties and obligations pursuant to ratified international law.

Dr Zernik also urged Mr Paul to join others in lobbying nations that would be central to the review of Human Rights in the United States by the United Nations.  Mr Paul was also urged to come forward and reveal any information that he may have pertaining to case management systems of the California courts, as part of his previous employment with the California Administrative Office of the Courts.  The letter repeated allegations that Chief Justice Ronald George was a key figure in the installation of a fraudulent case management system in the Los Angeles Courts circa 1985, the harms of which are suffered to this date.  In recent years, the California Administrative Office of the Courts engaged in a large-scale project to install a new California Case Management System – again – with no evidence of public oversight of integrity of the system.

To clarify the ‘Terrorist Threat’ charge that Bruno is facing: The California Penal Code is 422 and is a charge of “Terrorist Threat”. Terrorist threats have always been considered serious crimes in the United States, but law enforcement agencies have become especially strict since the World Trade Center attacks on 9/11. A terrorist threat is the threat to commit an act of violence intended to threaten or intimidate another individual(s) with reckless disregard of the risks.

Consequences of a Terrorist Threat Conviction-

The consequences of a terrorist threat conviction can range in severity depending on such factors as prior criminal convictions, status of parole/probation, amount of media attention on the case, and other circumstances. Punishments and penalties of a terrorist threat conviction may include:
Prison time
Loss of Constitutional rights (right to vote or own a deadly weapon)

Since 9/11 charges of Terrorism, including California Code 422, need less burden of proof in order to prosecute than other felonies and get Federal Funding. Often US Citizens accused of minor crimes find themselves facing Terrorism Charges as a direct result of 9/11.

Bruno -“I was told to my face that I was being charged with a Terrorist Threat. If someone is charged with a Terrorist Threat, then apparently the code they use is the one they chose.”

Katy, Michael and Susie were also told that 422 is a Terrorism Charge by a Sheriff at the court house on May 28th. Not wanting to believe it, they had Susie’s husband check on line that day from work. Sure enough they learned that Bruno is indeed facing Terrorism Charges.

Bruno - “Apparently because of the Terrorist Threat and Felony Resisting Arrest charges, as well as being referred to as ‘crazy’ and in need of ‘psyche meds’ I was treated as a ’special inmate’ and kept in shackles and solidarity isolation. They kept me in Room #6 for hours on end where the frigid air was blasted. Anybody who has been in jail knows that its cold, I have been there on more than one occasion, but this was like nothing I have ever experienced. Eventually, I lost all my body heat. When they took the shackles off, I pulled my arms through my sleeves and pulled my shirt over the bridge of my nose. One officer continuously opened the window in the door and called me crazy guy. I got so cold that my legs, arms, shoulders began convulsing uncontrollably. Not shivering… convulsing. I had never experienced that in my life. I passed out. A couple of times, the same officer opened the door and yelled at me, bringing me back to consciousness, only to leave me convulsing and to pass out again. Finally, he opened the door and yelled at me, and another officer shackled me again, led me into a cage in the courtroom, and I stood there shivering.”

Some Good News-

Bruno has been successful in obtaining a continuance of the court proceedings in order to find a decent attorney. We’ve bought a little time, but we need a qualified attorney ASAP and we need the funds to pay them. It is imperative that we find someone who will fight for Bruno; someone who has not sold out the Constitution. Not an easy task and personal recommendations for Criminal Defense Attorneys from the LA area are welcome. We’ve been in contact with several potential attorneys; choosing an attorney is a very crucial step in the process, so we need to see all or our options before a final decision is made.

They are required according to their own manual to provide ID upon request, but apparently don’t like to be asked for it. When the supervising officer ordered Bruno to turn around and put his hands behind his back, Bruno instantly turned around and put his hands behind his back with absolutely no resistance.

 At first he was supposedly being detained for trespassing (which is a misdemeanor) but of course, you can’t trespass on public property so then they dropped trespassing and told him he was being detained for a public disturbance. About an hour later, when the supervisor actually placed Bruno under arrest, the original charge was changed to misdemeanor contempt of court. None of the witnesses present heard the judge mention anything about contempt when asking him to leave.

 Two felony resisting arrest charges were then tacked on, which means Bruno is charged with physically resisting the officers – twice? - though witnesses observed that Bruno did not ever resist the officers. The arresting supervising officer claimed that Bruno threatened to assassinate him, then the same officer ordered an underling to back up his claim as a false witness and charged Bruno with making a “terrorist” threat.  After 911, legislation was passed making it very easy to charge ordinary citizens as “terrorists” for almost any reason.

Military psy-ops took over operation after intelligence project failed to take off

Two former CIA officials have admitted to creating a fake video in which intelligence officers dressed up as Osama Bin Laden and his cronies in an effort to defame the terrorist leader throughout the middle east.

The details are outlined in a Washington Post article by investigative reporter and former Army Intelligence case officer Jeff Stein.

Stein’s sources told him that during planning for the 2003 invasion of Iraq, the CIA’s Iraq Operations Group considered creating a fake video of Saddam Hussein engaged in sexual acts with a teenage boy, then flooding Iraq with copies of the tape.

That idea, along with faking Iraqi news bulletins, never came to fruition according to the former CIA officials, because agreement on the projects could not be reached between the Iraq Group and CIA’s Office of Technical Services.

However, the two sources reveal that the agency did previously concoct at least one fake Bin Laden video:

The agency actually did make a video purporting to show Osama bin Laden and his cronies sitting around a campfire swigging bottles of liquor and savoring their conquests with boys, one of the former CIA officers recalled, chuckling at the memory. The actors were drawn from “some of us darker-skinned employees,” he said.

The former officials told Stein that the project was taken over by the military after it ground to a halt:

The reality, the former officials said, was that the agency really didn’t have enough money and expertise to carry out the projects.

“The military took them over,” said one. “They had assets in psy-war down at Ft. Bragg,” at the army’s special warfare center.

This latest revelation bolsters evidence that the intelligence agencies, and perhaps more significantly, the military have been engaged in creating fake Bin Laden videos in the past.

the American states were united at war with Great Britain and had just declared their Independance.  But what did it mean?  What does it mean now? - Independence.  This nation acted like one of England’s colonies for hundreds of years and in that time had grown to become one of Great Britain’s most productive resources.  Then the French American War began and England came to defend the “colonists” incurring great debts and finally winning the war.  Britain decided that it needed to keep troops here even though it did not have sufficient forts and that it could not afford to build such forts; therefore they decided to compel the people here to quarter the British troops in their homes with room and board; for protection of such troops they confiscated the peoples guns; the King also created a sales tax.  The rights of the colonists became so abused that it became necessary to stand against Great Britain’s abuse over, “the last straw” — though most of the sales taxes were dropped, on a few key imported items like tea and shugar they went from from 3% to 6%.  In response, rather than paying the increased tax, some of the colonists had a party (the Boston Tea Party) and threw a load of tea into the harbor;  while others formed the Declaration of Independence and went to war.

When the War was over they formed a new foundational document, The Articles of Confederation, that document recognized this nation as a nation made up of independent sovereign United States, and gave the name “The United States of America” to the new government.  Many of the people of this new nation felt that it was wrong to leave England.  Sure there were rights violations but those were livable and their future was a certainty as an English Colony.  Now that they were on their own nothing at all was sure.

Over the next ten years conditions in this country continually got worse.  The individual States gave little regard to any other State and paid nearly no attention at all to the central government.  After ten years of independence from Great Britain conditions were far worse than they had ever been under Great Britain’s rule and protection.  Many wanted government officials to go back to Great Britain and beg the King to take us back, and they almost did.

“To form a more perfect Union”

That movement was considered too severe to take without first attempting to resolve the problems of this new nation by the sitting of what later became known as the Constitutional Convention.  Each of the Sovereign States gave authority to (deputized) a few men to form a college to review and reform the present form of government and to eliminate the errors made in thier first attempt at the Articles of Confederation.  In other words those few men were collectively entrusted with the peoples’ sovereign authority to reform the government.  The Deputies created a Trust Indenture.  Though some people say the Indenture had no title, because there was no Title written in bold letters at its head, its title, “The Constitution for the United States of America”, was given in its Preamble: “We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquillity, provide for the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”It containes VII Articles, concluding with the signatures of the twelve States’ Deputies present at the convention.  Once agreed to on, September 17th, 1787 and signed by the Deputies, the Trust was formed. This Indenture, (Constitution) with the intent and authority of the sovereign people, created a “Constitutional Republic” form of government in trust.  Though the Deputies were empowered to reform the government to more perfectly align it with the will of the people, the States had not fully expected that their sovereignty and control over the land would be removed, wherefore the Deputies resolved to take the Trust back to the individual States for their respective ratification.  The States conditionally refused ratification until limits were placed upon the new government that would secure man’s God given inherent rights.

Remember, under the Articles of Confederation, these individual States were recognized as individually Sovereign States, which was the problem with the Articles of Confederation, there was no accountability or control over the individual States.  Without accountability whoever was in power simply ignored the central government and moved forward literally however they saw fit (in violation of individual rights, or not).  In essence, they were each absolutely powerful kingdoms.  It was obvious that if something wasn’t done to unite the Union of States as, “United States” they would be destroyed from within or without.  So when offered the Trust Indenture, the individual sovereign States’ leaders could see that they would no longer be sovereign if they accepted the Trust, and they would be destroyed if they didn’t accept it.

Not much of a choice, but the war with England ended only a little over ten years earlier and they didn’t want to go back, so they demanded that if they were to give up their sovereignty, the people’s rights must be preserved from the central government. Thus they conditionally refused the Trust until the insisted on “Bill of Rights” were added. Therefore, the Trust document was first created to create a Trust known as the “United States”. The Trust created a government controlled by the Trust. Government officials were set up within the Trust as Trustees with specific defined responsibilities and functions. The People were set up as the beneficiaries of the Trust and when any government official takes office he/she is required to swear an oath of allegiance [make a contract with the people to uphold the Constitution]. Remember, at this point the government has already been created in trust, by the signed Constitution.

As yet the Trust has nobody sitting in the offices of government, however, the States are not willing to support the Trust and authorize its officers to function with control over them unless the people’s rights and the State’s rights are secured. The Conventioneers went back to work to draft the requested, Bill of Rights, which were later provided as the First Ten Amendments to the, Constitution of the United States of America, a document that was created to bind officers in an Oath to uphold the Trust of the people and securing the peoples rights.

Then the Trust, the Constitution for the United States of America (still signed and unchanged from its original version as first presented to the states), along with the “Bill of Rights” as the first ten amendments to the Constitution of the United States of America, were returned to the individual States and were ratified by each of those States and returned to the Constitutional Convention where the new government was made effective and put in operation on or after, December 15th, 1791, the “Effective date of the Constitution which was then rewritten with the Title, The Constitution of the United States of America, including the Bill of Rights.

The purpose of the federal government’s neglect of protecting the border with Mexico is so that illegal immigrants can pass through it, virtually at will, in order to create a nearly open border.  This accomplishes the globalists’ objectives of weakening sovereignty and nationalism, developing economic strife, and fomenting discord between taxpaying citizens and illegal immigrants, which are necessary elements to implement the North American Union.  Further, it sets the stage for amnesty and the federal government’s immigration bill that would establish a national ID card for all workers, the inroad to REAL ID.

Arizona’s new immigration law (SB1070) is controversial, but not for the reasons that mainstream media presents.  It’s controversy lies in the database collection on people, as opposed to racism- this illusion is used to create drama.  California has threatened to boycott Arizona businesses, primarily travel- related services, including food and lodging. California stands to benefit by drawing tourism away from Arizona, and into California. It is also a way for California to deflect attention away from its own immigration problems by demonizing Arizona.In response to Los Angeles City Council’s vote to boycott Arizona, an Arizona utility regulator suggested “re-negotiation” of electrical power agreements with the City of Angels; while this is probably just another act in the theatre of distraction, Angelinos are already facing a 28% rate hike in power bills as a result of political maneuvers and/ or incompetence.

However, Arizona’s new immigration law may not be the picture of freedom and sovereignty that has been painted. Due to some language in the law, it is possible that any state agency or state subdivision may hand over any data on any person for any public benefit, service or license . This could set up a national database for free flowing information to the Department of Homeland Security. In effect, it paves the way to REAL ID, but without the official card; the disturbing issue behind REAL ID is the massive amounts of data that can be collected and tied together, in the possession of the federal government.

The private, foreign International Monetary/Banking Cartel controls its puppets in Washington as it controls its oil company executives. And everything the Cartel does is anti-life, there are absolutely no exceptions; and their pretended Gulf oil clean-up is a glaring case in point.

Instead of cleaning up the unprecedented catastrophe created by the Cartel’s mega-corporations (Halliburton, Transocean, and British Petroleum), these very same companies are purposely killing our Gulf of Mexico, under the pretense of cleaning it up.

Instead of using safe, non-toxic ways to gather up the rogue oil gushing from their incompetence, or planned cataclysm, the private Cartel is using an extremely toxic chemical dispersant, with the approval of the Obama administration.

Alan Levine, the head of Louisiana’s Department of Health and Hospitals, said: “We don’t have any data or evidence behind the use of these chemicals in the water. We’re now basically using one of the richest ecosystems in the world as a laboratory.”

As reported in Britain’s Telegraph, Louisiana state Secretary of the Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, Robert Barham reported: “We’re very disappointed in their [EPA and oil company executives] approach. The federal procedures call for a consensus between federal authorities, the responsible party and the states involved. When we met and expressed our concerns [over the use of dispersants], apparently they decided to go without us.”

And go they did. Obama’s Environmental Protection Agency allowed BP to turn our Gulf of Mexico into a toxic testing ground, instead of removing the crude oil.

British Petroleum (BP) has even refused to use their own oil tankers, lying in the Gulf, to suck up most of the runaway oil, and possibly salvage it for sale later, as was done after a Saudi spill in the ‘90’s. That method was so successful, it vacuumed up about 85 percent of that renegade oil.

Nick Pozzi, a former oil pipeline engineering and operations project manager is puzzled why BP did not salvage perfectly good crude oil for later sale, and to thereby protect marine and wildlife.

What Mr. Pozzi does not know is the oil companies are owned by the world’s only legal counterfeiters – the International Monetary/Banking Cartel – who can “print” all the money they want, so making money on Gulf oil was not important to them. Killing the Gulf of Mexico is, apparently, important to them, for their own cryptic and esoteric reasons.

If the Cartel had wanted to save marine life, any oil they had not vacuumed up could have been mulched with any number of non-toxic materials, such as “Oil Sponge,” a name trademarked by Phase III, Inc.
