February 09, 2010 “Information Clearing House“ — Americans have been losing the protection of law for years. In the 21st century the loss of legal protections accelerated with the Bush administration’s “war on terror,” which continues under the Obama administration and is essentially a war on the Constitution and U.S. civil liberties.
The Bush regime was determined to vitiate habeas corpus in order to hold people indefinitely without bringing charges. The regime had acquired hundreds of prisoners by paying a bounty for “terrorists.” Afghan warlords and thugs responded to the financial incentive by grabbing unprotected people and selling them to the Americans.
The Bush regime needed to hold the prisoners without charges because it had no evidence against the people and did not want to admit that the U.S. government had stupidly paid warlords and thugs to kidnap innocent people. In addition, the Bush regime needed “terrorists” prisoners in order to prove that there was a terrorist threat.
As there was no evidence against the “detainees” (most have been released without charges after years of detention and abuse), the U.S. government needed a way around U.S. and international laws against torture in order that the government could produce evidence via self-incrimination. The Bush regime found inhumane and totalitarian-minded lawyers and put them to work at the U.S. Department of Justice (sic) to invent arguments that the Bush regime did not need to obey the law.
The Bush regime created a new classification for its detainees that it used to justify denying legal protection and due process to the detainees. As the detainees were not U.S. citizens and were demonized by the regime as “the 760 most dangerous men on earth,” there was little public outcry over the regime’s unconstitutional and inhumane actions.
As our Founding Fathers and a long list of scholars warned, once civil liberties are breached, they are breached for all. Soon U.S. citizens were being held indefinitely in violation of their habeas corpus rights. Dr. Aafia Siddiqui an American citizen of Pakistani origin might have been the first.
Dr. Siddiqui, a scientist educated at MIT and Brandeis University, was seized in Pakistan for no known reason, sent to Afghanistan, and was held secretly for five years in the U.S. military’s notorious Bagram prison in Afghanistan. Her three young children were with her at the time she was abducted, one an eight-month old baby. She has no idea what has become of her two youngest children. Her oldest child, 7 years old, was also incarcerated in Bagram and subjected to similar abuse and horrors.

And in it, they quote a Colonel Viet Luong, who’s the commander of the 3rd Brigade, one of the Army’s most deployed divisions. He says, “It’s tough to go on another deployment, but for us, it’s another mission and we embrace the opportunity to be able to accomplish our mission and do the jobs that we came in the army to do.” Your thoughts.

James: Yes sir, I totally agree. And that’s the thing. Being an NCO, I’m a leader myself. And I must, no matter what, I gotta make sure my troops are ready. And it bothers me that the American people don’t follow. And no matter if they dislike or like what he does, because, you know, me, as a leader, I have to take my troops into combat and do what I’m told. And that’s just what I do.

Jeremy: I prop— I oppose the President’s proposal because I support and defend the Constitution. And I would remind the previous service member who called that the first duty, oath— that was part of the oath that he took- was to support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America, and then, secondly, to follow all orders, if they are lawful. And the reason that I think that opposing the President is to defend the Constitution is because I am looking at historical fact and scientific fact very clearly about where terrorism comes from. And it looks clear that Obama is following his predecessor George W. Bush in committing what, under Article III Section 3 of the Constitution, is defined as treason, giving aid and comfort to the enemies who attacked us on 9/11.

And I would just point out the clear and convincing proof of multiple evidence strains of these buildings being brought down in controlled demolitions with living human beings in them—from the Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth, over a thousand of them, multi—numerous civil and structural engineers, and then, finally, this paper, “Active Thermitic Material Discovered in the Dust from the 9/11 World Trade Center…” Anyone can go find it. I, personally, have indicated its presence to the Attorney General, to the Vice President, to Senators and Representatives on both Judiciary and Intelligence Committees, and to my own Congressperson. None of them have disputed the science. None of them will actually respond in any coherent manner. So it is time for the American people and the American soldiers to do their duty and to speak the truth.
In Part 1, Jeremy asks Kerrey about the fact that Al Qaeda couldn’t have brought down the buildings on Ground Zero with high tech explosives. So who is the real threat? Kerrey’s response? “I was there that morning, I saw two planes fly into them.” Katy Kurtzman hands Bob Kerrey the peer-reviewed paper that proves high-tech explosives were used in the destruction of the three WTC towers on 9-11-01 in NYC.
What about building 7? “That building was full of fuel… that question has been examined by the 9-11 Commission.”

We learned today that Channel 4 plans to smash a 300 seat passenger jet into the desert filled with data collection sensors and video cameras as a scientific experiment as reported in the Guardian.
“Two pilots will parachute from the 300-seat airliner after setting it on autopilot to crash at high speed into the desert. The plane will be loaded with cameras and sensors recording the impact of the crash, which Channel 4 said would provide invaluable information about how planes react in potentially fatal accidents.
The time and location of the crash are being kept under wraps by the broadcaster, which will air the documentary, Plane Crash, next year.”
Those of us who have studied one of the most horrendous and controversial events in history, the 9/11 attacks know that the history and study of airplane crashes have always proved to leave massive holes, fire, bodies and a twisted plane smashed across a large debris field. All of the plane can typically be reconstructed for forensic analysis, yet on 9/11 the laws of physics were suspend that day.

Many people have speculated that a plane did not hit the Pentagon due to the photographic evidence of the scene of the time. Looking at this picture one would expect to see the traditional twisted wreckage and titanium engines strewn about the scene. This photo below shows what the official 9/11 report would have us believe happens when a large passenger jet crashes into the ground.
As dramatic as this photo is there is obviously no sign of a plane just a large smoking crater, but increadiously in the trial of Zacarias Moussaoui they presented evidence from the flight 93 crash like burnt passports, paper documents and clothing articles when not even the most indestructible components of the plane did not survive.
Millions of people all over the world who believe the official version of events on 9/11 to be another fabrication by government will be validated in their suspicion when this experiment is complete and the parts of the test plane will be recovered and studied unlike the flights on 9/11.
My name is Saad Ali, I am from We Are Change Chicago. I recently made a trip out to Pakistan, in hopes to answer some questions i had. I wanted to share it with you. Nowadays we hear lots of things about Pakistan in the news. We hear that Osama Bin Laden and Al Qaeda is in Pakistan and they’re supposedly hiding under some bush plotting to destroy the world. We hear about the drones that Obama ordered, in which hundreds of innocent people died. And lastly, we are hear about the bombings going on everyday in Pakistan, in which hundreds die daily. I wanted to know what is REALLY going on over there, so i thought i should go check it out in person.
I visited D.I khan, a city 3 hours south of Waziristan, Pakistan, which is where the drones were dropped. There was a military operation going on in Waziristan while i was there, complete police state. Police with AK-47’s where stationed on every corner of the entire city. All schools and Universities have been shut down. We were living under curfews. I had to watch my back 24/7 with the worry that a bomb would go off or someone would start shooting innocent people. D.I. Khan is the city that was most effected by the bombings in the entire country. Over 4,000 people have been killed due to suicide bombings and targeted killings in that city alone. The entire country has seen death tolls well beyond 10,000. I was able to speak with mainstream media and other officials about the situation. I wanted to know why all this was going on, who is responsible for this? All fingers point towards a couple agencies: Blackwater, Massad, Ra, and CIA. Media in Pakistan have reported on BlackWater in specific. Blackwater contractors have been given housing and private land, confirmed, in a variety of cities throughout the country. Russia Today and Wayne Madsen reported on BlackWater in Pakistan, and how they have been recruiting in that country for targeted killings. According to the public and some Pakistani media outlets, Blackwater has its hands deep within the bombings that are happening on a daily basis in Pakistan. They are out there buying and recruiting terrorists. Blackwater is recruiting and offering money to people if they enlist, and suicide bomb an area successfully, again this is according to media outlets and the majority of the public. Now you might ask, what’s the point, why are they doing this? Well, we have seen in the past what Blackwater has done in Iraq, what they are doing in Afghanistan, and around the World. They are creating a war between Shia’s and Sunnis kind of like what we saw in Iraq, Blackwater was there as well and we saw a shia/sunni war there too (hmmmmm.. I wonder why.) Shia’s and Sunni’s have lived in peace in Pakistan for decades, why would they, out of nowhere, just start killing each other. Christians, Jews, and Hindus also all live in peace together in Pakistan. Why is it that only the Shia’s and Sunni’s are fighting? These are all questions i had, So i talked to people from the Shia side and Sunni side, and BOTH agreed that there is a third party creating this feud. They are destabilizing Pakistan by creating this civil war. The country has become a Police State like i have never seen before. The country is slowly self destructing.
The talks of Osama Bin Laden and Al Qaeda in Pakistan was another issue i touched upon. The people i spoke with all denied Bin Ladens and Al Qaeda’s presence in Pakistan. According to the media and public, it is just an excuse, a tool, a scare for a broader agenda. Everyone i spoke with acknowledges that Bin Laden and Al Qaeda are tools of the CIA, and are helping destroy the country.
I spoke with refugees who have fled from Waziristan, Pakistan, the area in which Obama had ordered drones to be dropped, in which hundreds have died from. These people have been displaced from their homes, their children, husbands, wives, parents, brothers, sisters, and friends have been killed. They have nothing left. What happened to the change Obama kept talking about? Obama and his handlers have the blood of hundreds on their hands. What more does the public need to realize that Obama is carrying the same agenda as Bush and he is no different whatsoever. Hillary was just in Pakistan, she says, “I find it hard to believe Pakistan can’t find Al Qaeda.” Al Qaeda was created by the CIA, their whereabouts are well known to Hillary, as if it matters at all. The real threat to the people of this world lies within a small few corrupt bankers, corporate executives, and powerful political figures from all over who are pushing for a New World Order.
The people of Pakistan want to live in peace where they can raise a family happily without having to worry about a bomb going off or being shot at. Pakistan is becoming a product of the New World Order, and it is something that we saw happen in Iraq before and may be something we might see happen right here in America. We need to get out there and expose the New World Order agenda. I will be releasing a video soon, but i hope my report on Pakistan answered questions that you might have had, and gave you a broader scope on what is actually going on in Pakistan. After a 20-minute conversation with Congressman Brad Sherman’s office on Friday, October 10, 2009, I hung up the phone not believing what I had just heard. Congressman Brad Sherman represents the 27th district, one of the geographically largest districts in Southern California representing around 600,000 constituents. The congressman’s policy advisor in Washington, Erin Prangley, ignores the question as to how they got there. She kept repeating that the Congressman’s position is expressed by the report published by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), as recommended by the San Fernando Valley chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
When it comes to the subject of the September 11th terrorist attacks, it appears that many political offices become a Bermuda triangle, where reports are lost and never seen again along with common sense, logic, basic math skills and the desire to protect the rights of the American people. To be fair however this political black hole wasn’t created after 9/11. On September 10th 2001 Donald Rumsfeld gave a press conference where he told the American people that the Pentagon could not account for $2.3 trillion dollars. That is no typo – that’s trillion with a “t”. Of course, the next day almost 3000 Americans lives were lost, along with the World Trade Center ,and the issue of the missing $2.3 trillion got sucked away into the 9/11 black hole.
If one could travel into this sucking vortex and come out on the other side one might be amazed at what one would find. Perhaps E. Howard Hunt’s deathbed confession for being involved in the JFK assassination, Or the reasons why Lt. Col. Michael Aquino (who founded the Temple of Set Church of Satan) would be allowed to work for the U.S. Army psychological warfare department.
Or perhaps we will find the four black box recorders that supposedly vaporized when the airlines struck the towers, keeping in mind of course that one of the hijackers’ passports survived virtually unscathed and found before the collapse of the towers. (Maybe we should be making skyscrapers and black box recorders out of paper.) Or maybe will find the two nano-thermite papers that were delivered to Congressman Brad Sherman’s office.
A nine-member international team of chemists, physicists, and others published a paper in early 2009 entitled “Active Thermitic Material Discovered in Dust from the 9/11 WTC Catastrophe” (hereinafter, the nano-thermite paper). These scientists used the scientific method to analyze samples of World Trade Center dust that could not have been contaminated by cleanup activities at Ground Zero. They found red-gray chips that were attracted by a magnet, examined the various crystalline and non-crystalline structures in the chips, shot electrons into the chips and looked at the X-ray spectra that came out, and heated the samples and watched how they responded. They compares these results to cured paint chips and to known highly advanced energetic nano-materials. They concluded that “the red layer … is active, unreacted thermitic material, incorporating nanotechnology, and is a highly energetic pyrotechnic or explosive material.”
Pardon the inevitable pun: this is an explosive discovery.
When NIST was confronted with the possibility of thermite or other types of explosive or incendiary material, they wrote that “a very large quantity of thermite (a mixture of powdered or granular aluminum metal and powdered iron oxide that burns at extremely high temperatures when ignited) or another incendiary compound would have had to be placed on at least the number of columns damaged (more…)
