WeAreChangeLA’s lead organizer Bruno Bruhwiler is being targeted as a terrorist threat. It all began when Bruno was sitting in the audience at a civil hearing for another WACLA member. The Judge literally did not like Bruno’s involuntary facial expressions, and ordered him out of the courtroom.
He was detained in the hall after asking to see the officers’ ID cards before he left the building. They are required according to their own manual to provide ID upon request, but apparently don’t like to be asked for it. When the supervising officer ordered Bruno to turn around and put his hands behind his back, Bruno instantly turned around and put his hands behind his back with absolutely no resistance.
At first he was supposedly being detained for trespassing (which is a misdemeanor) but of course, you can’t trespass on public property so then they dropped trespassing and told him he was being detained for a public disturbance. About an hour later, when the supervisor actually placed Bruno under arrest, the original charge was changed to misdemeanor contempt of court. None of the witnesses present heard the judge mention anything about contempt when asking him to leave.
Two felony resisting arrest charges were then tacked on, which means Bruno is charged with physically resisting the officers – twice? - though witnesses observed that Bruno did not ever resist the officers. The arresting supervising officer claimed that Bruno threatened to assassinate him, then the same officer ordered an underling to back up his claim as a false witness and charged Bruno with making a “terrorist” threat. After 911, legislation was passed making it very easy to charge ordinary citizens as “terrorists” for almost any reason.
They are calling him a potential cop killer. We are talking about Bruno, a man who raises money for 9/11 First Responders and the Fealgood Foundation. He’s also a member of So Cal Oath Keepers and the initiator of “Talk to a cop Wednesdays,” an outreach effort to befriend and educate law enforcement throughout Los Angeles. We are talking about a man committed to non-violent change, peace and social justice. Yes THAT Bruno.
While in custody, at another location for incarceration, Bruno was asked by an officer if he was the lead organizer of WeAreChangeLA, and the officer asked with a snide tone if Bruno had a website, with other officers looking on. Either they did some quick research on him or they recognized Bruno from some other way, but they knew he was the lead organizer of WeAreChangeLA. The mention of WeAreChangeLA made it abundantly clear that Bruno is being targeted for who he is.
This is about all of us. This is about freedom. The struggle for Bruno’s freedom is a microcosm of what is happening all across the United States. We cannot allow WeAreChange leaders to be labeled and targeted as terrorists. It can easily be ascertained that Bruno is being railroaded through procedures.

My name is Saad Ali, I am from We Are Change Chicago. I recently made a trip out to Pakistan, in hopes to answer some questions i had. I wanted to share it with you. Nowadays we hear lots of things about Pakistan in the news. We hear that Osama Bin Laden and Al Qaeda is in Pakistan and they’re supposedly hiding under some bush plotting to destroy the world. We hear about the drones that Obama ordered, in which hundreds of innocent people died. And lastly, we are hear about the bombings going on everyday in Pakistan, in which hundreds die daily. I wanted to know what is REALLY going on over there, so i thought i should go check it out in person.
I visited D.I khan, a city 3 hours south of Waziristan, Pakistan, which is where the drones were dropped. There was a military operation going on in Waziristan while i was there, complete police state. Police with AK-47’s where stationed on every corner of the entire city. All schools and Universities have been shut down. We were living under curfews. I had to watch my back 24/7 with the worry that a bomb would go off or someone would start shooting innocent people. D.I. Khan is the city that was most effected by the bombings in the entire country. Over 4,000 people have been killed due to suicide bombings and targeted killings in that city alone. The entire country has seen death tolls well beyond 10,000. I was able to speak with mainstream media and other officials about the situation. I wanted to know why all this was going on, who is responsible for this? All fingers point towards a couple agencies: Blackwater, Massad, Ra, and CIA. Media in Pakistan have reported on BlackWater in specific. Blackwater contractors have been given housing and private land, confirmed, in a variety of cities throughout the country. Russia Today and Wayne Madsen reported on BlackWater in Pakistan, and how they have been recruiting in that country for targeted killings. According to the public and some Pakistani media outlets, Blackwater has its hands deep within the bombings that are happening on a daily basis in Pakistan. They are out there buying and recruiting terrorists. Blackwater is recruiting and offering money to people if they enlist, and suicide bomb an area successfully, again this is according to media outlets and the majority of the public. Now you might ask, what’s the point, why are they doing this? Well, we have seen in the past what Blackwater has done in Iraq, what they are doing in Afghanistan, and around the World. They are creating a war between Shia’s and Sunnis kind of like what we saw in Iraq, Blackwater was there as well and we saw a shia/sunni war there too (hmmmmm.. I wonder why.) Shia’s and Sunni’s have lived in peace in Pakistan for decades, why would they, out of nowhere, just start killing each other. Christians, Jews, and Hindus also all live in peace together in Pakistan. Why is it that only the Shia’s and Sunni’s are fighting? These are all questions i had, So i talked to people from the Shia side and Sunni side, and BOTH agreed that there is a third party creating this feud. They are destabilizing Pakistan by creating this civil war. The country has become a Police State like i have never seen before. The country is slowly self destructing.
The talks of Osama Bin Laden and Al Qaeda in Pakistan was another issue i touched upon. The people i spoke with all denied Bin Ladens and Al Qaeda’s presence in Pakistan. According to the media and public, it is just an excuse, a tool, a scare for a broader agenda. Everyone i spoke with acknowledges that Bin Laden and Al Qaeda are tools of the CIA, and are helping destroy the country.
I spoke with refugees who have fled from Waziristan, Pakistan, the area in which Obama had ordered drones to be dropped, in which hundreds have died from. These people have been displaced from their homes, their children, husbands, wives, parents, brothers, sisters, and friends have been killed. They have nothing left. What happened to the change Obama kept talking about? Obama and his handlers have the blood of hundreds on their hands. What more does the public need to realize that Obama is carrying the same agenda as Bush and he is no different whatsoever. Hillary was just in Pakistan, she says, “I find it hard to believe Pakistan can’t find Al Qaeda.” Al Qaeda was created by the CIA, their whereabouts are well known to Hillary, as if it matters at all. The real threat to the people of this world lies within a small few corrupt bankers, corporate executives, and powerful political figures from all over who are pushing for a New World Order.
The people of Pakistan want to live in peace where they can raise a family happily without having to worry about a bomb going off or being shot at. Pakistan is becoming a product of the New World Order, and it is something that we saw happen in Iraq before and may be something we might see happen right here in America. We need to get out there and expose the New World Order agenda. I will be releasing a video soon, but i hope my report on Pakistan answered questions that you might have had, and gave you a broader scope on what is actually going on in Pakistan. The realization that 9/11 was an inside job and that the global elite are on the fast track to a new world order is a potentially paralyzing downer. However, there is within the Truth Movement a joyous bunch. Street Activists; we are not a glum lot.
WeAreChangeLA has been in existence for two years now. In that relatively short time we have learned a few lessons. Both Bruno and I came to the job of organizing 9/11 Truth activities with some management and production experience, so we had a bit of a head start. Still, the people we serve are a passionate and demanding group of individuals, and we have made our share of mistakes. This article is meant to lay out what, in our experience, works. We hope that you will find it helpful with the organizing of your groups.
First I would like to make an observation about 9/11 Truth Street Activists; they are extraordinary people. These people put their bodies and faces out to the world for all to see. They spread the truth face to face with perfect strangers in public. They regularly deal with police of all attitudes and rabid Sheeple hell bent on defending their ignorance. They also get to experience the joy of saving person after person from the darkness, and they get to see the transformation with their own eyes.
The 9/11 Truth Street Activist ignores the threats of the Patriot Act and says, “Here I am, on the street with a sign and a bullhorn. I clearly state that 9/11 was an Inside Job as I demonstrate my heartfelt belief that I make a difference in this world.” While, still, millions of aware Americans sit at home or at work saying “someone should DO something about 9/11,” the 9/11 Truth Street Activist says, “Where is the next action? How many DVDs should I burn for this weekend? What am I doing for the 11th?And even, “Where’s the party?”
Organizers, these foot soldiers of the 9/11 Truth Movement deserve our best. Give them some structure and well organized events, so that they can shine the light of Truth unfettered by snafus like getting lost, dehydrated, hungry or arrested.
One of the best organizing tools out there is Meetup.com. We highly recommend it. That being said there is also Facebook, Myspace, TruthAction, Craig’s List and the good old fashioned website. Whatever Action you post make it sound fun, give good directions and tell people what they need to bring if anything.
Here are some suggestions if you want to be a leader people can count on:
1. You should be the first one to a street action and the last one to leave. Be where you said you would be and when you said you would be there. Never change plans at the last minute. If it’s on your Meetup, Facebook, Myspace, website, Craig’s List or TruthAction stick to the plan. If that location has fallen through somehow, gather your folks there first, and then move leaving at least one person to inform latecomers.
2. Do your research. Scout your location in person before you post it. Will you be within walking
As the pace of change in the world accelerates and more and more people are waking up in a spectacular global awakening out of the illusion thrust upon us since birth, we may find that some people are too far gone down the false-rabbit hole consciousness to ever truly wake up. So many of us work for the powers that be; so many of us consider ourselves the resistance. There will be friction, but good always wins in the end over tyranny. Never lose the belief that what we are doing is right. We must wake up as many people as possible. Nothing is more beautiful than the truth.

Members of We Are Change L.A., Orange County 9/11 Truth and Inland Empire 9/11 Truth showed up to support Mohammed Abdullah at the Pomona CA Superior Courthouse on Friday June 12. Abdullah, who has had a restraining order filed against him by the Pomona city attorney at the request of the Pomona police department, had his first hearing at which he was to respond to allegations levied by the Pomona Police department. Mohammed, a Muslim U.S. Marine vet, has been standing outside the Pomona Police department handing out 9/11 dvds and documentaries for several months and garnering support for a new in vestigation into 9/11/01.
The crowd of supporters in Superior Court stood up when Abdullah’s name was called and made their presence known to both the City Attorney and the judge in what amounts to a case involving the right to free speech, religious expression and political dissent critical of the government. “There are constitutional issues involved here”, the judge said, and the observers=2 0seemed to agree that the judge in the case wanted to see this issue resolved without having to uphold the restraining order. He encouraged both sides to come to a mutual agreement regarding Mohammed’s activities outside the police department. According to the lay court observers who attended the hearing, the judge also told the city attorney that since they are lawyers, they should know the law regarding the first ammendment, and implied that others, perhaps the ones seeking the restraining order, do not understand the law as they ought to.
When Mohammed asked the judge if he recieved his attachments of 9/11 dvd documentaries and other documents outlining the “inside job” theory, the judge confirmed that he got them but stressed that the material and information was largely irrelevent to the case since Abdullah has free speech regardless of the issue, and to make his point, saidthat “even the KKK” would be allowed to stand outside the police department. The judge stressed that as long as Mohammed was not being threatening or violent there should be no problem. Mohammed20told this writer afterwards that despite the fact he did not send his youtube video interview to anyone in the city government, the city attorney nevertheless made reference to them, telling him that they are not trying to infringe on his free speech or political expression as he outlined “in the videos”.
Despite numerous requests, the city had neglected to provide Mohammed a copy of the seven alleged sworn complaints against him in time for the hearing, so he asked for a continuance, which was granted. The follow up hearing is in two weeks. Come support Abdullah at Pomona Superior Court on Friday June 26th at 8:30AM in Dept. G, 3rd floor.
