Geoengineering the skies through airplane spraying leaves what one Australia man calls “White Clouds of Death.” Colin Andrews has tested rainwater following airplane heavy spraying in Australia. He provides the government analysis of the water in the video below.
Hundreds of thousands of Americans have been targeted as human guinea pigs for testing the worst weapons of mass destruction including biochemical weapons.
Since WWII, entire American cities have been secretly aerial sprayed with injurious bio-chemical agents, in the name of “research.” (See OPERATION H1N1: Vaccine Liberty or Death) It would be naïve to think that this practice has halted.
A congressional attempt to curb citizenry technological abuse through non-consensual human experimentation including classified covert research was made by former astronaut U.S. Senator John Glenn in his “Human Research Subject Protections Act of 1997″ S.193 (105th Congress).
Introducing the Human Research Protection Act, Glenn spoke of “serious gaps in our legal system and under current rule and executive order, it is possible to waive informed consent and IRB [institutional review board] review for [U.S.] classified [human] research.”
One of the serious gaps is due to wording of Section 1520a Chapter 32 of U.S. Code Title 50 that in fact, empowers the military to conduct lethal experimentation. The law states that the Secretary of Defense may NOT conduct any chemical or biological test or experiment on civilian populations, unless such tests are for medical, therapeutic, pharmaceutical, agricultural, industrial purposes or for research in general or for protection against weapons or for law enforcement purposes, including riot control.
